Art Tech Media Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the EMBA Collective network and the Johanna WhatsApp-based introduction service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we collect the following information that you voluntarily provide through WhatsApp:

• Your name
• Your phone number (provided automatically through WhatsApp)
• Your EMBA program and graduation year
• Your current role and company
• Your city and state
• Your industry interests
• Your networking goals and preferences

We do not collect financial information, government identification numbers, or any information beyond what you directly share with Johanna through the WhatsApp conversation.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Create your member profile within the EMBA Collective network
• Match you with other members based on complementary interests, goals, location, and program diversity
• Send you personalized introductions via WhatsApp
• Share your name, role, program, and phone number with the specific member you are being introduced to
• Improve the quality of our matching algorithm over time

Information Sharing

When Johanna makes an introduction, both members receive the other's name, role, program, and phone number. By using the Service, you consent to this limited sharing as part of the introduction process.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your data with advertisers.

We may share information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our business.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to member data is restricted to authorized administrators of the EMBA Collective.

Your Choices

You can control your participation at any time by texting Johanna:

• "pause" to stop receiving introductions
• "resume" to restart introductions
• "update" to change your profile information
• "status" to view your current profile

To request deletion of your data entirely, email ycataldo@alum.mit.edu (or contact us at the address below) and we will remove your information within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

The Service operates through WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We also use Anthropic's Claude AI to power our matching algorithm. Member profile data (not phone numbers) is processed through the Claude API to generate introductions. Anthropic does not retain this data after processing.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults who hold Executive MBA degrees. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes through the Service.
